Refund Policy

Refund Policy of Code Codence Private Limited

Welcome to CodeCodence

At Code Codence Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality education and professional services. This Refund Policy applies to all enrolled courses, training programs, and service offerings including but not limited to project development, AI solutions, web development, digital marketing, and other customized services.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:

A. Student or Client-Initiated Cancellation:
● If cancellation is requested 7 or more days before the start of a course, batch, or service engagement, a refund may be processed as per the refund amount criteria
(see section 3).

B. Institute-Initiated Cancellation:
● If Code Codence is unable to start or continue a course or service due to unforeseen internal reasons, 100% refund will be processed.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
● Cancellation is requested after the course, project, or service has started.
● The student or client has partially attended the course or consumed part of the service.
● Course materials or digital assets have been accessed or downloaded.
● Cancellation due to technical or personal reasons from the student/client side.
● If the service has been fully or partially delivered as per the agreement or milestones.
● In the case of EMI-based enrollments, once EMI is approved and processed, no refund will be entertained regardless of usage.

3. Refund Amount Criteria

EMI-based payment (after approval)       No refund

 

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:
● Send an email to 📧 support@codecodence.com
● Mention: Full Name, Service/Course Name, Payment Proof, Date of Enrollment, and Reason for Cancellation
● Refund requests will be reviewed and if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
● Refunds will be returned through the original payment method used (Bank, UPI, Card, PayPal, etc.).
● For international clients, transaction and currency conversion charges (if any) will be borne by the client.

5. EMI vs. One-Time Full Payment Refund Policy

A. One-Time Full Payment:
● Eligible for refund as per section 3.
● Refunds processed after eligibility verification.

B. EMI Payment:
● Once EMI is approved and activated by the financial partner, the student/client is liable to complete the EMI cycle.
● Code Codence cannot cancel or reverse EMI agreements as they are governed by third-party providers.
● No refunds are applicable after EMI processing, even if the course/service has not been started.

6. Course, Project, and Service Transfers

● Transfer requests must be made before the scheduled start date.
● Transfers are subject to availability and administrative approval.
● Additional charges may apply based on the new program or scope.
● Transfers are not allowed for ongoing or completed services

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or transfers may be considered in exceptional cases, including:
● Medical emergencies
● Natural disasters
● Bereavement in the immediate family
Such requests must be supported by valid documentation and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by the management team.
